Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Production begins immediately after an order is placed

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing starts

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

United States

  • Estimated shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary by country and customs processing

Total estimated delivery time:

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Promotional offers (such as free shipping) may apply and will be displayed at checkout

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

XOVIX is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Arrives damaged

  • Delivered incorrectly

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (if damaged)

We will work with the carrier and Printify to resolve the issue.


International Shipping Notes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections

  • Delivery delays caused by customs are beyond our control

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes
