Return & Refund Policy

At XOVIX, each item is made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from mass-produced retailers.

Please read carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Each product is made specifically for you once an order is placed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will issue:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

No need to return the damaged item unless requested.


Sizing Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues unless the item received differs from the size ordered.


Shipping Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and Printify to resolve the issue.

XOVIX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
